Activate Your Account
To activate your account, insightsoftware sends a registration email with the subject line, Welcome to insightsoftware - activate account. You will receive the email from no-reply-admin@insightsoftware.com with a link.
Note: If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder.
To activate your account:
- Open the registration email from insightsoftware and select Activate my account. An activation code is sent to your email, and the Platform Registration dialog appears.
- Enter the activation code in the Registration dialog and select Verify code.
- On the Change Password dialog, enter a new password and select Continue. The insightsoftware homepage appears after signing in.
After activating your account, you may not have been assigned a license for an insightsoftware product yet. If you have the account manager role, you can assign a license yourself. For more information, see Assign Licenses. If you do not have the account manager role, please contact your account manager to assign a license for you.
