Activate Your Account

To activate your account, insightsoftware sends a registration email with the subject line, Welcome to insightsoftware - activate account. You will receive the email from no-reply-admin@insightsoftware.com with a link.

Note: If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder.

To activate your account:

  1. Open the registration email from insightsoftware and select Activate my account. An activation code is sent to your email, and the Platform Registration dialog appears.
  2. Enter the activation code in the Registration dialog and select Verify code.
  3. On the Change Password dialog, enter a new password and select Continue. The insightsoftware homepage appears after signing in.

After activating your account, you may not have been assigned a license for an insightsoftware product yet. If you have the account manager role, you can assign a license yourself. For more information, see Assign Licenses. If you do not have the account manager role, please contact your account manager to assign a license for you.
