Introducing Lineos

Lineos is one connected platform that gives you a single line of sight across the full finance workflow, with AI that surfaces the insights that drive action. Shared security, company configuration, and a common UI run across every module.

New Design and Experience

Platform has a refreshed look and feel. Updated colours and theming give the interface a more modern appearance, while improved navigation visibility controls make it easier to find what you need at a glance.

Redesigned Navigation

The navigation structure has been updated to make the interface more intuitive and consistent. Here's what changed:

• Left navigation bar

  The following pages are now grouped under a new Administration section in the left navigation bar:

  • Users & Licenses - Manage user accounts and license assignments.
  • Accounts - Partners can view and manage customer accounts.
  • Service to Service - Configure service-to-service authentication settings.
• Top navigation bar

  The following items have moved to the top navigation bar, on the right side of the screen:

  • User Profile - Access your personal settings and invite guests.
  • App Switcher - Switch between insightsoftware applications.

Introducing Reporting Intelligence

Reporting Intelligence is a new intelligent cloud platform that consolidates insightsoftware financial reporting products into a single, integrated application. Instead of switching between standalone tools, you can access all your reporting capabilities through one centralized interface with consistent navigation and shared data connections. The built-in intelligence lets you perform advanced analysis of your financial data and respond quickly to changing business conditions and stakeholder requirements.

Platform aligns with the Reporting Intelligence experience, giving you a seamless transition between both environments.

You can now use a single set of credentials to access all key resources in insightsoftware Central and Platform. This update provides seamless access to:

• Customer Portal - Connect with the community, explore best practices, and find solutions.
• Product Support - Get expert guidance for deployment and ongoing success.
• Submit Support Cases - Create and manage support cases easily.
• View Invoices - Access current and past invoices anytime.
• Innovations Portal - Share ideas, vote on suggestions, and help shape the product roadmap.

This streamlined login experience makes it easier to manage support, engage with peers, and influence future innovations - all in one place.
